Hexfall is made by one person, and messages sent here go straight to the developer. Most replies come within a few days.
Use the contact form above with the topic set to Bug report. To help us fix it fast, please include:
• What you were doing when it happened
• What you expected vs. what actually happened
• Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18)
• A screenshot or screen recording if you have one
Even a quick "the game froze after I trained a knight" helps. Hexfall collects anonymous crash diagnostics, so serious crashes often reach us automatically too.
When you finish a qualifying game, Hexfall can submit your result to a leaderboard. You choose a display name that appears publicly next to your score — pick a nickname, not your real name. Higher-performing games rank higher.
Submitting a score is optional. You can play the whole game without ever entering a name or appearing on a leaderboard. Your display name and score are the only things shared; nothing is tied to a personal account.
Use the contact form above with the topic Data deletion request and tell us the display name you used on the leaderboard. We'll remove that leaderboard entry. (You can also wipe all on-device data any time from the game's Settings.)
Gameplay analytics and diagnostics are anonymous and not linked to your identity, so individual records generally can't be singled out — but we'll honor your request to the fullest extent we can. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. The App Store version of Hexfall has no ads, no third-party tracking, and does not record voice or audio. An experimental voice feature existed only in private test builds and is not part of the public release.
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store — we ship fixes regularly. You can pinch to zoom or use the on-screen + / − buttons. If something still feels broken, send us a note with your device model and we'll take a look.
